Yo Health Terms of Use

Introduction

Welcome to Yo Health ("the App"), a mobile application that rewards users for walking with points that can be converted into vouchers redeemable for gifts. By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Please read these terms carefully before using the App.

Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Own a compatible mobile device with a pedometer feature.
• Agree to these Terms of Use.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Earning Points

The App tracks your walking activity using your mobile device's pedometer. Points are awarded based on the distance you walk as recorded by the pedometer. The conversion rate of steps to points may vary and is subject to change at our discretion. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Vouchers and Redemption

Points can be converted into vouchers, which can be redeemed for gifts through the App. Each voucher will have an expiration date, after which it will no longer be valid. The terms and conditions for each voucher, including the expiration date, will be specified within the App.

Expiration and Forfeiture of Points

Points earned through the App will expire if not converted to vouchers within [specify time period, e.g., 12 months] from the date they are earned. Unused points will be forfeited upon expiration.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Engage in any activity that could interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Manipulate or falsify your walking activity to earn points dishonestly.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any features within the App, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be available within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
